- Women or men who could potentially have children and are planning a pregnancy during the trial, or who do not agree to use a suitable method of contraception during the trial
- Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whom the lead doctor or study team considers medically unsuitable for the trial based on other health findings not listed above
