Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have one or more growths or lesions that can be treated using a procedure called EUS-RFA (a type of internal heat treatment guided by ultrasound)
- You have a type of pancreatic tumour called an insulinoma that is 25mm or smaller, confirmed by a 72-hour fasting test, imaging scans, and a tissue sample showing slow-growing cells
- You have a non-active pancreatic tumour between 10–20mm that is getting larger, confirmed by a tissue sample showing slow-growing cells, OR you have a larger pancreatic tumour and surgery is not a suitable option for you
- You have a specific type of adrenal gland growth (called a unilateral APA) on the left side, confirmed by certain scans and a specialised blood sampling procedure (confirm with trial site)
- You are an adult who is able to make your own decisions
- You have read and signed a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You have serious or multiple severe health conditions that significantly affect your overall health and daily functioning (confirm with trial site)
- You have a blood clotting problem that cannot be corrected, including certain abnormal blood test results related to clotting or low platelet counts
- You are pregnant
- You have a cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and your expected life expectancy is less than 3 years
- You have a narrowing or change in the structure of your upper digestive tract (for example, if you have previously had part of your stomach removed) that would prevent a special camera scope from passing through
