Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour (a specific type of tumour in the pancreas), confirmed by a CT scan or PET/CT scan

- People whose tumour does not fit into either of the trial's two specific treatment groupings — one group requires that at least 70% of the total tumour can be surgically removed, and the other requires that certain scan findings meet specific criteria (confirm with trial site)
- People excluded for other reasons judged by the lead researcher to make participation unsuitable
