Who might be able to join this trial:
- Your left atrium (a chamber in your heart) is enlarged, based on measurements taken during a heart scan
- The walls of your heart's main pumping chamber are thicker than normal (15mm or more)

- You have very advanced kidney disease (end-stage kidney failure)
- Your heart or circulation is currently unstable
- You have another serious illness or condition where life expectancy is expected to be less than one year
