Who may be able to join
- People aged 45–74 (male) or 40–74 (female) who have a parent, brother, sister, or child who has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

- People who have lost more than 6 kg in weight over the past year without a known explanation.
- People who have had a diagnosis of lung cancer within the past three years.
- People who have another serious illness where life expectancy is estimated to be less than 5 years.
