Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older (male or female)
- You have been officially diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer confirmed by a laboratory test
- You have at least one measurable area of cancer in your body that is not in the brain or spinal cord

Who may not be able to join:

- You had radiation therapy to a small area within the last 2 weeks, or radiation covering a large part of your body or bone marrow within the last 4 weeks
- You had major surgery within the last 4 weeks
- You have recently taken certain medications that can affect how the body processes drugs (including specific enzyme blockers or boosters), or you would need to take them during the trial (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently taking any medications known to affect heart rhythm in a specific way (called QT prolongation or torsade de pointes risk), or would need to take them during the trial
- You received a live vaccine or live-attenuated vaccine within the last 28 weeks
- You still have moderate or severe side effects (grade 2 or higher) left over from a previous cancer treatment, not including hair loss or certain nerve-related effects
- You have poor blood cell counts or your liver or kidneys are not functioning well enough
- You have a history of severe allergic reactions, serious reactions to infusions, or allergies to proteins made from human or mouse sources
- You are allergic to any ingredient in the study drug combination being tested
