Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to speak and read English
- People who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer within the last 5 years
- People who have finished their main cancer treatments (such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery) and have no further treatments of this kind planned for at least the next nine months. Note: ongoing long-term treatments such as hormone therapies, targeted therapies, or immunotherapies do not count as planned treatments for this purpose

- People who have a medical condition that means unsupervised moderate or higher intensity exercise is not considered safe for them — for example, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or difficulty walking without a walking aid (confirm with trial site)
- People who are currently involved in, or planning to join, another structured program or intervention designed to encourage exercise or physical activity
