Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have a history of a blood cancer (such as leukaemia, lymphoma, or myeloma)

- People who have had a neurodegenerative condition such as Alzheimer's disease, a stroke, or an uncontrolled mental health condition such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder in the past 3 months, where that condition is considered severe enough to affect participation
- People who have serious physical health conditions — such as severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, or significant bone or muscle disorders — that could make aerobic exercise unsafe
- People whose results from a breathing and exercise fitness test indicate that exercising would not be safe (for example, due to a dangerous heart rhythm, balance problems, or very low exercise capacity)
- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 6 months
- People who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant
- People who do not plan to attend follow-up appointments at the participating trial centre
