Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 30 and 80 years who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease according to recognised medical diagnostic standards, at a mild to moderate stage of the condition (Hoehn & Yahr stage 1 to 3), and who also have a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment meeting specific clinical criteria
- People who currently do not exercise more than 120 minutes per week at a moderate level, or more than 60 minutes per week at a vigorous level
- People who are able to give their own informed consent to take part in the study

- People who are pregnant
- People who have a medical condition that prevents them from doing vigorous physical exercise
- People who have a cancer diagnosis or an autoimmune condition
- People who are currently taking medications that affect the immune system or reduce inflammation
