Who may be able to join

  • People who have been newly diagnosed with advanced or widespread non-small cell lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery, or people whose cancer has come back for the first time and who are taking oral targeted therapy.
  • People who are able to carry out basic self-care activities and are not completely bedridden (this is measured using a standard scale called the ECOG performance status, with a score of 2 or lower).
  • People who are taking one of the following oral targeted cancer medicines: gefitinib, erlotinib, afatinib, dacomitinib, or osimertinib.
  • People who are willing to take part in the study and have completed the informed consent process, including signing a written consent form.
  • People who are able to communicate in Chinese and can independently use a smartphone and the LINE messaging application.

Who may not be able to join
