Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within a certain range, measured by a standard medical scoring tool called the ECOG scale (scores 0 or 1 indicate being fully active or having only minor limitations) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People who have not previously been treated with a type of immunotherapy drug known as a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor
- People who have at least one tumour area that is suitable for radiation therapy, not including any cancer that has spread to the bones
- People who are willing to take part voluntarily and sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received radiation therapy at any point
- People who have ongoing chronic illnesses — either infectious or non-infectious — that are not well controlled, such as heart failure that does not respond to medication or high blood pressure that is difficult to manage
- People who currently have a serious infection that is active or not well controlled
- People who have a history of abusing substances that affect mental state and are unable to stop, or people who have a psychiatric disorder
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people of childbearing potential who are unwilling or unable to use effective contraception
- People who, in the opinion of the trial doctor, have any other condition that could affect how the trial is run or how the results are understood
