Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older.
- People who have been diagnosed through a tissue biopsy with a type of tumour called a gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumour (GEP-NET) that cannot be removed by surgery, is a specific grade (G2 or G3), and has a particular growth marker (Ki67) measured between 2% and 55%.
- People whose tumours show a positive result on a specialised scan (PET-CT or SPECT) that detects certain receptors on the tumour called somatostatin receptors.
- People who have at least one tumour that can be measured and tracked during the trial using standard imaging guidelines.
- People who are willing and able to give written consent to participate and to follow all the study procedures.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are known to have an allergic reaction or sensitivity to Lutetium-177 (a radioactive substance used in treatment).
- People who have another known cancer in addition to the neuroendocrine tumour.
- People who are not able to independently give meaningful consent to participate, or who belong to other groups considered vulnerable in a research setting (confirm with trial site).
