Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You walk fewer than an average of 10,000 steps per day, measured over a 4-week check-in period at the start of the trial

  • You own a compatible smartphone (screen of at least 4.6 inches, running Android version 9 or newer, or iOS version 15 or newer)
  • You agree to be told about any additional health findings that may come up during the trial

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have difficulties with hand coordination or thinking skills that would make it hard to use a smartphone
  • You have cognitive difficulties that would prevent you from fully understanding and agreeing to take part in the study

  • You have been clinically diagnosed with iRBD — this applies only if you are applying as a healthy volunteer
