- You own a compatible smartphone (screen of at least 4.6 inches, running Android version 9 or newer, or iOS version 15 or newer)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a significant heart or cardiovascular condition
- You have difficulties with hand coordination or thinking skills that would make it hard to use a smartphone
- You have cognitive difficulties that would prevent you from fully understanding and agreeing to take part in the study
- Your smartphone is one of these specific models: Huawei P8 Lite, Huawei P9 Lite, Xiaomi Mi 6, or Huawei P20 Lite (these are not compatible with the study's fitness tracker)
- You have been clinically diagnosed with iRBD — this applies only if you are applying as a healthy volunteer
