Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer confirmed through a CT or MRI scan and a tissue sample taken during a colonoscopy

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have another type of cancer in addition to colorectal cancer

- People who have a known allergy to the anti-cancer medicines used in this trial
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- People who are already receiving other cancer treatments at the same time, such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radiation therapy
- People whose colorectal cancer has a specific genetic characteristic known as MSI-H or dMMR (confirm with trial site)
- People whom the treating doctor or trial investigator considers unsuitable for participation for any other reason
