- People who have a known allergic reaction to any of the study drugs.
- People who have previously been treated with certain immune checkpoint drugs (PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors) or with KRAS-targeting drugs.
- People with an active autoimmune disease, or a history of autoimmune disease that required ongoing treatment.
- People who have received medications that suppress the immune system within 14 days before the first trial dose.
- People who have fluid build-up in the abdomen or around the lungs that is causing symptoms and requires repeated draining.
- People with significant heart conditions, including moderate-to-severe heart failure, a heart attack within the past year, or uncontrolled irregular heartbeat.
- People with an active infection or an unexplained fever above 38.5°C.
- People with a lung condition involving scarring or inflammation of the lung tissue (interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis).
- People living with HIV or another condition that affects the immune system.
- People who have received a live vaccine within the 4 weeks before joining the trial.
- People with substance misuse, alcohol dependence, or a mental health condition that could affect their ability to follow the trial requirements.
- People who are unable to swallow tablets or oral medication.
- People with any other condition that, in the trial doctor's judgement, could interfere with participation or with understanding the trial results.
