Who may be able to join

  • People who are between 18 and 70 years old at the time of signing the consent form.
  • People who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders (NMOSD), Autoimmune Encephalitis (AiE), or Stiff Person Spectrum Disorder (SPSD) for at least 6 months, based on recognised diagnostic standards.

Who may not be able to join

  • People who have an active infection that is not under control.
  • People who received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before signing the consent form.
  • People who have had a major organ transplant, or a bone marrow or blood stem cell transplant at any point in the past.
  • People who have had a serious heart or cardiovascular condition in the 6 months before screening.
  • People who have had significant bleeding (graded at level 2 or above) within 4 weeks before screening, or who require long-term blood-thinning medication (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have not waited long enough after stopping a previous treatment before joining this trial (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have previously been treated with CAR-T cell therapy or any genetically modified T cell therapy.
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
  • People who have severe diseases or structural changes affecting the central nervous system (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have had a cancer diagnosis within the 5 years before signing the consent form.
  • People for whom a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) is medically unsuitable.
