Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form before any study activities begin
  • Women who could become pregnant must either not be sexually active or use 2 forms of contraception (at least one barrier method, such as a condom) during the study and for 90 days after the last injection
  • Men must use 2 forms of contraception and must not donate sperm during the study and for 90 days after the last injection

  • If you are in the healthy elderly comparison group, you must have no neurological condition and no close family member (parent, sibling, or child) with Parkinson's disease
  • If you are in the healthy young comparison group, you must be in good health with no significant medical findings

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who are unwilling or unable to give their informed consent
  • People with a significant illness affecting the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, or overall health
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People who cannot have a PET scan or MRI, for example due to certain implants in the body or fear of enclosed spaces
  • People who have had a serious allergic reaction to PET scan tracers or similar substances in the past
  • People who have taken part in another trial involving an experimental drug within the last 30 days
  • People with any condition that could affect how the study runs or put their safety at risk (confirm with trial site)
