Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with a solid tumour (a type of cancer), confirmed through laboratory testing of a tissue sample
- People who are currently receiving a type of cancer treatment called immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy — either a single drug or a combination of two drugs — either to reduce the risk of cancer returning after surgery, or to treat cancer that has spread or cannot be removed

- People who are physically able to complete a supervised exercise test that measures how the heart and lungs respond to physical activity
- People who are willing and able to give written consent to participate

Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who have previously received immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment for cancer that has spread or cannot be removed (with some exceptions — confirm with trial site)
- People who have had a heart attack within the past 6 weeks
- People with unstable chest pain (angina)
- People with an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat that is causing symptoms or affecting blood circulation
- People with an active infection of the heart lining (endocarditis)
- People with a serious narrowing of the main heart valve that is causing symptoms (aortic stenosis)
- People with heart failure that is not currently under control
- People with a recent blood clot in the lungs (pulmonary embolism or infarction)
- People with active inflammation of the heart muscle or the sac surrounding the heart (myocarditis or pericarditis)
- People with a suspected or confirmed tear in a major blood vessel (dissecting aneurysm)
- People with an active widespread infection in the body
- People who are unable to complete the exercise test — for example, due to severe problems with leg function or severe disease affecting blood flow to the limbs
- People who are unable to give informed consent to participate
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving a treatment that could affect this study's results
- People taking part in the optional biopsy part of the study may also be excluded based on specific heart or lung conditions, suspected bowel obstruction or tear, severe blood clotting problems, severe liver-related blood vessel complications, or if the tissue site cannot be safely accessed — as determined by the treating clinician (confirm with trial site)
