Who might be able to join this trial:

• People diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (the most common form of Parkinson's, confirmed using standard diagnostic guidelines)

• People who are willing to keep their Parkinson's medications and general care unchanged throughout the 4-week study period, unless a doctor determines a change is medically necessary

Who may not be able to join:

• People with implanted devices in the brain or skull (such as deep brain stimulation devices), metal in the skull (dental work excluded), active skin conditions or wounds at the areas where electrodes would be placed, or a history of seizures or uncontrolled epilepsy in the past 12 months — as these may be contraindications to the brain stimulation technique used in this trial (called tDCS)
• People with unstable medical or psychiatric conditions that could make participation unsafe, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, a recent heart or cardiovascular event, or severe episodes of fainting due to blood pressure drops when standing
• People whose freezing of gait (sudden inability to move the feet) or risk of falling is severe enough that the clinical team considers supervised Nordic Walking unsafe for them
• People with severe joint, muscle, or balance-related conditions that make walking with poles difficult, or those with severe uncorrected vision problems
• People whose cognitive difficulties would prevent them from giving informed consent or completing the study assessments (for example, an MMSE score below 24)
• People who are currently taking part in another interventional trial focused on walking, balance, or brain stimulation, or whose Parkinson's medications were started or had their dose changed within the past 4 weeks
