Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 years or older.
- People with a neurological autoimmune disease that has come back or has not responded to treatment, including neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD), myasthenia gravis (MG), multiple sclerosis (MS), autoimmune encephalitis (AE), or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP).
- Women who could become pregnant and men whose partners could become pregnant must use an approved form of contraception or abstain from sex during the study treatment and for at least 6 months after it ends; women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test (HCG) within 7 days before joining the study and must not be breastfeeding.
- People who are willing to take part, sign a consent form, follow the study requirements, and attend follow-up appointments.
Who may not be able to join

- People who have a history of severe allergic reactions to medications or who are known to have a strong tendency toward allergies.
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer in the past five years, except for certain low-risk conditions such as non-melanoma skin cancer, early-stage tumours with a low chance of returning after full removal, localised prostate cancer that has been treated, certain early-stage cervical conditions, or stable thyroid cancers of specific types (confirm with trial site).
- People with poor or insufficient heart function.
- People who test positive for hepatitis B surface antigen or hepatitis B core antibody with detectable hepatitis B virus in the blood; people who test positive for hepatitis C antibody with detectable hepatitis C virus in the blood; people who test positive for HIV; or people who test positive for syphilis.
- Women who are pregnant or who are planning to become pregnant.
