Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease (a condition affecting movement), confirmed by a specialist using recognised medical guidelines
- Your Parkinson's medications have stayed the same for at least four weeks
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:

- You currently take antipsychotic medication, Donepezil (a memory medication), or certain nerve-calming medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin
- You regularly use benzodiazepines (such as diazepam) or opioid painkillers more than once a week

- You have had, or currently have, a mental illness
- You have a history of epilepsy or any condition that may increase the risk of seizures, particularly in relation to a brain stimulation technique called TMS (confirm with trial site)

- You have any medical reason why you cannot have an MRI scan (such as certain metal implants)
- You have any medical reason why you cannot receive TMS, a type of non-invasive brain stimulation (confirm with trial site)
- You are a woman of childbearing age who is pregnant, or who is not willing to use contraception during the trial
- You are not willing to be told about any unexpected health-related findings discovered during the study
