Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 50 years or older, but under 75 years old

• People who have been taking certain dietary supplements in the month before their first visit that may affect study results (assessed by the study team)
• People with a BMI of 27.5 or higher (a measure of body weight relative to height that falls in the overweight-to-obese range for some population groups)
• People with a history or current diagnosis of certain blood, liver, kidney, digestive, or other conditions that could affect study results (the study doctor and team will assess this)
• People who have previously had a surgical procedure called an arteriovenous shunt, or who have had a mastectomy (surgical removal of one or both breasts)
• Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
• People with a history or current diagnosis of HIV or tuberculosis
• People who have experienced severe fainting or near-fainting episodes after having blood drawn
• People who have used illicit drugs within the past five years
• People who drink more than two standard alcoholic drinks per day (where one serving is defined as 360 mL of beer, 150 mL of wine, or 45 mL of spirits)
• People who currently smoke or use any tobacco or vaping products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or vapes
• People who regularly engage in high-intensity physical activity, as determined by a physical activity questionnaire
• People who are allergic to or cannot tolerate the foods used in the study
• People who dislike or are unwilling to eat the foods used in the study
• People who are sensitive to intense lights or colours, particularly intense red lights
• People who have sinus problems that affect their sense of taste or smell
• People who are currently participating in another clinical study that could influence results
• Employees of A*STAR (the research organisation running the study)
• Members of the study team, or their immediate family members
