Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older.

- People who are able to use a smartphone.
- People who are permanent local residents and receive basic public health services at a designated community health centre or township hospital.
- People who have not been doing regular moderate to vigorous exercise (meaning at least 30 minutes per session, at least 3 days per week) in the past three months.
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a history of, or a current episode of, heart or brain blood vessel disease — including angina, heart attack, coronary bypass surgery, stroke or mini-stroke, peripheral artery disease requiring surgery, serious heart rhythm problems, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, severe heart failure, a thickened heart muscle condition, or a history of large aneurysms or aneurysm surgery.
- People who currently have cancer, or who have had cancer within the past five years.
- People who have a condition that makes exercise unsafe, such as certain bone or joint diseases.
- People with serious lung conditions, including asthma, COPD, reduced lung capacity (due to obesity, pregnancy, or spinal problems), or cystic fibrosis.
- People with nerve or muscle diseases that affect movement, such as muscular dystrophy, polio, or dementia.
- People with serious mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, or depression that required a hospital stay within the past six months.
- People with movement or neurological disorders such as Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, dystonia, or certain forms of epilepsy.
- People with serious health conditions where life expectancy is estimated to be less than 24 months.
- People who are planning to move out of the local area within the next three months.
- People who have taken part in another exercise or physical activity program within the six months before the screening visit.
- People who are currently enrolled in another randomised clinical trial.
- People whose situation, in the judgement of the trial investigator, might make it difficult to follow the trial's requirements (confirm with trial site).
