Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have symptoms that match carpal tunnel syndrome
- A nerve conduction test has confirmed you have mild or moderate carpal tunnel syndrome
- You are able to follow the study's requirements and attend all follow-up appointments
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- Your nerve conduction test shows severe carpal tunnel syndrome
- You have previously had surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome
- Your carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by a physical growth or cyst in the wrist area
- You have a health condition linked to carpal tunnel syndrome, such as diabetes, an underactive thyroid, pregnancy, or a growth hormone disorder
- You have received a steroid injection for carpal tunnel syndrome in the last 6 months
- You have nerve problems affecting multiple nerves, a pinched nerve in your neck/spine, or other nerve conditions affecting your arm or hand
- You have any reason you cannot safely have nerve conduction testing or laser therapy (confirm with trial site)
- You are unable to attend or complete all follow-up appointments
