Who may not be able to join

- People who have taken supplements containing fish oil or similar lipid supplements (such as macadamia oil, krill oil, flaxseed, primrose oil, or sea buckthorn oil) within the 8 weeks before screening.
- People who have had surgery on the intestine or any other Crohn's disease-related operation at any point in the past.
- People with a history of, or currently living with, a long-term or repeatedly occurring infectious disease.
- People who have a current or past history of cancer.
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to infliximab or palmitoleic acid preparations.
