• You are able to walk on your own on a flat surface without using a walking aid such as a cane or walker
• Your Parkinson's medication has stayed the same for at least the past month
• You are taking part during a time when your medication is working well (known as the "on" phase)

For healthy individuals (without Parkinson's):

• You have not been diagnosed with any condition affecting the brain or nervous system

Who may not be able to join:

• You have serious problems with your hearing or eyesight
• You have another condition affecting the nervous system, heart, or bones and joints that could affect the way you walk
• You have an additional brain or nervous system condition, such as dementia or a history of stroke (confirm with trial site)
• You have completed fewer than 5 years of formal education
• You have a blood vessel condition that affects your legs or feet
• You do not own or use a smartphone
