Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults between 18 and 75 years of age
• People who have been clinically diagnosed with rotator cuff-related shoulder pain
• People whose shoulder pain has lasted longer than 3 months
• People who experience pain when lifting their arm to the side or forward through a certain range of movement
• People who test positive on specific shoulder movement tests used by a clinician (called the Neer or Hawkins-Kennedy tests)
• People who have pain when a clinician tests resistance in certain shoulder movements, or who test positive on another specific shoulder assessment (called the Jobe test)
• People who are able to understand and speak Turkish
• People who are willing to take part and sign an informed consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People who show signs of a large rotator cuff tear, specifically significant muscle weakness in the shoulder without pain
• People who have other shoulder conditions, such as frozen shoulder, advanced joint wear, a fracture, dislocation, or serious problems with the joint at the top of the shoulder
• People who have had previous surgery on the shoulder
• People with neurological conditions or significant ongoing illnesses such as rheumatoid arthritis
• People with a current or past history of cancer
• People with physical or cognitive difficulties that would prevent them from taking part in assessments or treatment sessions
• People whose shoulder symptoms appear to be related to neck spine movement, suggesting a neck condition may be involved
• People who have had a steroid injection into the shoulder within the past 6 weeks
• People who are currently receiving other treatments for their shoulder during the study period
