Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are at least 18 years old at the time of signing the consent form
- People whose cancer can be measured on scans, as defined by standard medical criteria (RECIST v1.1)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 14 days before the first dose of the study treatment
- People who have received another experimental treatment within 28 days, or within 5 half-lives of that treatment (whichever is longer), before the first dose
- People who have previously received taxane-based therapy (such as paclitaxel) for pancreatic cancer, or any treatment containing a substance called MMAE
- People who have a specific genetic cancer marker known as MSI-H and for whom immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy is considered an eligible option by their treating doctor
- People who still have side effects from prior cancer treatments that have not improved to a mild level (Grade 1 or below) by standard medical criteria
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or nervous system and has not yet been treated
