Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are well enough to carry out daily activities, with a doctor-rated health score of 0, 1, or 2 (meaning you are fully active to capable of basic self-care).

• Your myeloma has either stopped responding to your last treatment or has gotten worse since your last treatment.

• Your multiple myeloma has spread to the brain or the fluid surrounding the brain or spinal cord.
• You have previously received any treatment that targets a protein called BCMA.
• Your myeloma has stopped responding to, or you could not tolerate, treatments targeting a protein called CD38 or a drug called pomalidomide.
• You have received certain cancer treatments too recently before the trial starts (the exact waiting period depends on the type of treatment, ranging from 2 weeks to 12 months — confirm with trial site).
• You have taken high doses of steroid medicines (such as prednisone) recently before the trial begins.
• You have moderate or severe nerve damage causing tingling, numbness, or pain in your hands or feet.
