- People whose EUS scan images or reports are incomplete or missing
- People whose EUS scan images are not clear enough for review — for example, images that are blurry, distorted, or contain overlays such as biopsy needles, measurement markers, or other added annotations
- People whose final diagnosis has not been clearly established
