• You have had a certain type of laser eye treatment (called SLT) within the last 12 months
• You have previously had glaucoma surgery of any kind (such as trabeculectomy, tube shunt, or certain minimally invasive procedures)
• Your eye has a narrow or closed drainage angle, as confirmed by a special eye examination
• You currently have an active eye infection, eye inflammation (uveitis), or severe dry eye
• You have a cornea condition that makes it difficult to accurately measure eye pressure
• Your glaucoma is at an advanced stage
• You have a known allergy or sensitivity to certain medications used in this trial, including Rocklatan or latanoprost
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
