Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease according to European guidelines (ECCO)
- People whose Crohn's disease is known or suspected to affect the small intestine (ileum), with or without the colon also being affected
- People whose doctor needs to re-evaluate how active their Crohn's disease currently is

- People who have had more than 1 metre of their small intestine surgically removed
- People with severe bowel blockage symptoms, as measured by a specific scoring tool called the CDOS (confirm with trial site)
- People who have an uncontrolled abscess inside the abdomen
- People whose Crohn's disease only affects the area around the anus
- People being monitored to prevent Crohn's disease returning after surgery (confirm with trial site)
- People who have a temporary or permanent stoma (a surgically created opening on the abdomen)
- People who have had their entire colon removed
- People who have a medical reason that prevents them from having an MRI scan
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Adults who are under a legal protection arrangement, such as guardianship or trusteeship (confirm with trial site)
