Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with infertility and have been recommended for IVF (In Vitro Fertilization, a fertility treatment)
- People who are currently on the waiting list at HC-UFMG (a specific hospital in Brazil)

- People who have used certain medications — such as sleeping tablets, anti-anxiety medications, antidepressants, or antipsychotics — in the 30 days before the study or who would need to use them during the study
- People with a known allergy to lavender products
- People who become pregnant during the study period
- People who have used essential oils in the 90 days before joining the study
