Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer
- People who received chemotherapy as part of treatment aimed at curing their cancer (any dose counts)
- People who finished chemotherapy more than 6 months ago and have no plans for further chemotherapy
- People who are currently experiencing at least some numbness or tingling as a side effect of their chemotherapy
- People who have nerve pain scoring 3 or higher on a specific nerve pain assessment tool called the DN4 (confirm with trial site)
- People who are able to walk and move around independently, even if a walking aid or other mobility aid is needed
- People who can communicate well enough in English to take part in the sessions, complete questionnaires, and give consent
- People who have access to a device capable of video calls and are able to use it

- People who are already meeting all of the recommended physical activity guidelines for cancer survivors
- People who have a neurological condition affecting thinking or memory (such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease) that would make it unsafe or unsuitable to participate in exercise guidance
- People whose nerve problems existed before chemotherapy (for example, nerve damage caused by diabetes)
- People who are currently taking part in another rehabilitation or exercise-based program
