Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a diabetic foot ulcer
- People whose condition has been assessed under Traditional Chinese Medicine principles and classified as a "blood stasis obstructing the collateral pattern" (confirm with trial site)
- People whose foot ulcer is rated at Wagner Grade 1, 2, or 3, and whose ulcer measures between 2 cm² and 30 cm² in size
- People aged between 18 and 75 years, male or female

- People who have serious disease affecting the brain, liver, heart, lungs, or kidneys
- People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period
- People whose blood sugar control measure (called HbA1c) is 9% or higher — this is a test that shows average blood sugar levels over several months
- People who have a psychiatric (mental health) disorder
- People who have a genetic condition, an infectious disease, a cancer, or another serious illness associated with a short life expectancy
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or who have taken part in one within the four weeks before joining this study
