Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are currently attending a Movement Disorders Outpatient Clinic in the Neurology department

• People who have a diagnosis of major depression or a psychotic disorder
• People who have advanced dementia
• People who have severe heart or lung disease
• People who have a long-term illness such as diabetes or high blood pressure that is not well controlled
• People who have an additional neurological condition or a bone or joint condition that could affect how they perform during assessments
• People who have serious vision or hearing problems that could interfere with the study assessments
• People who would not be able to cooperate with a physiotherapist during the study assessments
