Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are older than 14 years of age
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a type of blood cancer) along with kidney problems, have completed at least 2 rounds of standard first-line treatment, your treatment has shown at least a partial response, and your doctors expect you to live for more than three months
- You are in reasonably good general physical health, based on standard medical scoring tools (confirm with trial site)
- You have suitable veins for blood draws or IV access, and there are no medical reasons preventing blood cell collection
- Your white blood cell and lymphocyte counts meet minimum required levels (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, or your pregnancy test taken within 48 hours before treatment is positive
- You have any active infection that is not under control
- You currently have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- You have HIV or AIDS
- You have a neurological (brain or nerve) disorder
- You have taken steroid medicines by mouth or injection within the 2 weeks before signing the consent form (inhaled steroids may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
- You have a known allergy to immunotherapy or related medicines
- You currently have heart disease or high blood pressure that is not well controlled and requires treatment
- You currently have an unstable or active stomach/intestinal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
- You have previously had an organ transplant or are currently waiting for one
- Your blood sodium level is too low (below a certain threshold)
- Your blood potassium level is too low, unless it can be brought back up to the required level before joining
- You currently need blood-thinning medications such as warfarin or heparin
- You currently need long-term use of antiplatelet drugs (such as high-dose aspirin or clopidogrel)
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial
