Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• Your doctors expect you to live for at least 3 more months
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
• You have been diagnosed with active multiple myeloma based on standard medical guidelines
• Your multiple myeloma has come back or has stopped responding to treatment, and it is not responding to your most recent treatment
• Your cancer continued to grow or did not respond to your last treatment
• Your myeloma can be detected and measured through specific blood or urine tests
• Your bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting are all functioning well enough (confirm with trial site)
• If you can become pregnant, or if your partner can become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study
• You are willing and able to sign a consent form and follow all study requirements

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been diagnosed with certain related blood or plasma cell conditions, such as amyloidosis, plasma cell leukemia, Waldenström's macroglobulinemia, or POEMS syndrome
• Your cancer has spread to your brain or spinal cord
• You have previously had a severe immune reaction (grade 3 or higher) to a certain type of cancer treatment called T-cell redirecting therapy
• You have needed dialysis or a blood-filtering procedure called plasmapheresis in the 14 days before starting the study
• You still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not cleared up (with some exceptions, such as hair loss or well-controlled hormone conditions)
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial
• You have received other cancer treatments too recently before this study (specific timeframes apply — confirm with trial site)
• You have had major surgery within the last 28 days, or you are planning major surgery during the study
• You have received a live vaccine within the last 4 weeks, or plan to receive one during the study
• You have another serious health condition that your doctor believes could interfere with your safety or participation in the study
