Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have agreed to take part by signing a consent form
- You are 18 years of age or older
- Your cancer has been confirmed by a lab test to be colorectal adenocarcinoma (a specific type of bowel cancer)
- Your cancer has been tested and shown to have a specific genetic profile: "microsatellite stable" (MSS) and a gene change called BRAF V600E

Who may not be able to join:
- You have received any cancer treatment (standard or experimental) within the 4 weeks before joining the trial
- You have had surgery or another invasive procedure within the 4 weeks before starting the trial (small exceptions apply, such as placement of a drip line or fluid drainage — confirm with trial site)
- You have had more than one type of cancer, unless the other cancer was fully removed or has been completely cleared for at least 3 years (some exceptions apply — confirm with trial site)
- You have serious other health conditions alongside your cancer
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
