Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (a form of MS where symptoms come and go) based on recognised diagnostic guidelines from 2017.
- People whose MS has been active in the past year, shown by a relapse, two or more new spots on an MRI brain scan, or areas of active inflammation visible on an MRI scan.
- People aged between 18 and 50 years old (inclusive).

- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who are unwilling to use contraception throughout the treatment period and for the first year after finishing treatment.
- People who are unable to have, or have not been following through with, MRI scans as required.
- People who are currently taking other medicines that suppress the immune system at the same time.
- People who are living with HIV.
- People who have a current, serious active infection such as hepatitis or tuberculosis.
- People who have a severe heart condition.
- People whose kidneys are not functioning well enough, based on a standard blood test measuring kidney function (an eGFR score below 60) (confirm with trial site).
- People who have an active cancer diagnosis.
- People who have never been exposed to the chickenpox virus (varicella).
- People who have received any vaccination within four weeks before the first dose of the trial medication.
- People who have a severe psychiatric condition.
