Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are older than 18 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with a pancreatic cyst (a fluid-filled growth on the pancreas) confirmed through specialist procedures that examine the cyst using ultrasound, fluid sampling, or tissue analysis
- People whose pancreatic cyst measures at least 1 cm across, as seen on a CT scan, MRI, or ultrasound

- People with an estimated life expectancy of at least one year
- People who are able to give written consent themselves, or who have a legally authorised representative able to consent on their behalf
- Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test (blood or urine) on the day of the procedure, which is standard practice for all patients undergoing this type of procedure
Who may not be able to join:
- People with severe or uncontrolled serious illnesses, or blood test results that the trial doctor considers too unsafe for participation
- People with a psychiatric condition that makes it impossible to reliably understand and agree to what the trial involves
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People for whom general anaesthesia is not considered safe, based on an assessment by the pre-operative clinic at the trial site
- People who do not speak English, as all study materials, consent forms, and patient questionnaires are currently available in English only, and the trial site has determined that interpreter-assisted consent may not adequately convey the risks of this investigational procedure
