Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 to 70 years old at the time of joining the trial.

- People who have had an active bowel infection (including a bacteria called C. difficile) within the past 30 days.
- People who have hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or tuberculosis (TB) that is untreated, whether active or dormant.
- People with serious heart disease or blood pressure that is not well controlled.
- People with a significantly abnormal heart tracing (ECG) or a specific type of heart rhythm irregularity (confirm with trial site).
- People who have taken certain medications that are not permitted within set timeframes before the trial (confirm with trial site for specific medications and timeframes).
- People with abnormal blood test results at the screening visit (confirm with trial site).
- People with a history of cancer, other than certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer.
