Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a past or current history of significant medical conditions affecting the liver, kidneys, nervous system, mental health, lungs, hormones, blood, cancer, urinary or reproductive system, heart, digestive system, or muscles and bones.
- People who are pregnant (confirmed by a blood test) or currently breastfeeding.
- People who have had a serious allergic reaction (such as severe swelling or anaphylaxis) to the trial medication, its ingredients, or similar medications (such as GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs).
- People who have a history of skin conditions (such as burns or skin cancer) or skin transplant surgery that could affect how the trial medication is absorbed through the skin.
- People who have a history of acute or long-term inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis).
- People who have a personal or family history of a specific type of thyroid cancer (medullary thyroid cancer) or a condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN2).
- People the trial doctor considers unsuitable for reasons beyond the criteria listed above.
