Who may be able to join
- Adults between 18 and 70 years of age.
- People diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis according to the McDonald 2024 diagnostic criteria.
- People currently receiving a disease-modifying therapy (a medication that helps slow or manage MS).
- People whose most recent MS disability score (EDSS) falls between 0 and 7.0, recorded within the past year.
- People currently experiencing a new MS flare-up (a return or worsening of neurological symptoms lasting more than 24 hours but less than 7 days, not caused by fatigue or pain alone).

Who may not be able to join

- People diagnosed with primary progressive or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.
- People with a diagnosed chronic psychotic disorder.
- People who have had an infection within the past week.
- People with a body temperature above 38.5°C at the baseline study visit.
- People who have received a high-dose corticosteroid treatment or plasma exchange within the month before joining the trial.
- People on long-term corticosteroid or immunosuppressant treatment for another medical condition.
- People for whom an MRI scan or the contrast dye used during MRI (gadolinium) is not medically safe.
- People with an uncontrolled heart, kidney, or liver condition.
- People already participating in another interventional clinical study, or still within a waiting period following a previous study.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People with severe claustrophobia.
- People who are currently deprived of their liberty (for example, those who are incarcerated).
