Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, or whose multiple myeloma has come back, are over 60 years old, and are not eligible for a stem cell transplant.
  • People who have started their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round of treatment within the last 3 months.
  • People whose current treatment requires hospital visits at least twice a month for the first 3 months, and at least once a month for the following 3 months.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have a severe form of a condition called cardiac amyloidosis (a disease affecting the heart).
  • People who have a medical reason that means physical activity is completely not recommended for them.
  • People who are not able to follow the requirements of the study protocol.
  • People who do not speak French.
  • People who are under legal guardianship or a similar form of supervised legal protection.
  • Women who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
