Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have Multiple Myeloma and whose doctors have determined they need treatment with a specific type of therapy targeting a protein called BCMA (either a CAR-T cell therapy called Ciltacabtagene autoleucel, or a type of antibody treatment such as Teclistamab, Elranatamab, or Linvoseltamab).
• People who are 18 years of age or older on the day they sign the consent form to participate.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who currently have an active infection that requires medical treatment.
• People who have a known history of HIV or Hepatitis infection.
• People who have lost more than 10% of their body weight in the past 6 weeks.
• People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities is significantly limited, as measured by a standard medical scale called the ECOG Performance Status (a score of 2 or higher on this scale) (confirm with trial site).
• People who have previously received CAR-T cell therapy or bispecific antibody treatments.
• People whose immune system is already being suppressed due to another condition, such as an autoimmune disease or a second type of cancer.
• People whose cancer burden is considered very high, placing them at serious risk of a complication called tumor lysis syndrome, as determined by the treating medical team based on specific blood markers or test results.
• Women who are capable of becoming pregnant and for whom pregnancy cannot be reliably ruled out before entering the study.
