  • People who score 8 or higher on a standard anxiety questionnaire called the GAD-7, which measures how much anxiety a person has been experiencing

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have experienced prolonged physical or sexual abuse in their past

  • People who have been diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), assessed using standard diagnostic criteria
  • People who are currently experiencing problems with substance use, as identified by a screening tool called TAPS
