Who may be able to join

Who may not be able to join

- A history of allergic reactions to contrast dyes (used in scans) or chemotherapy drugs.
- Having received any other cancer treatments beyond the standard first-line chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
- Certain heart conditions, including significant heart rhythm problems, myocardial ischemia (reduced blood flow to the heart), or a past heart attack, or specific abnormal readings on a heart electrical test (ECG) (confirm with trial site for exact values).
- Seriously abnormal blood clotting that cannot be corrected.
- High blood pressure that remains poorly controlled (above certain levels) even after taking blood pressure medication.
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- A history of mental illness or misuse of psychiatric medications.
- Brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that are causing symptoms.
- Having an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues).
