Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a heart condition related to reduced blood flow to the heart (such as angina or a heart attack)
• You have been referred to a cardiac rehabilitation program and scored 8 or higher on a standard questionnaire that checks for signs of depression and/or anxiety
• You have access to a computer or tablet and are comfortable using it
• You are able to read and communicate in Danish

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a serious mental health condition (such as borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder) that requires ongoing psychiatric care
• You have severe difficulties with thinking, memory, or understanding (for example, due to serious brain injury, intellectual disability, or dementia) that would make it hard to take part
• You are currently having thoughts of suicide that cannot be safely supported within this study (confirm with trial site)
• You are already taking part in another research intervention study (though being part of a regular clinical study may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
• You are currently receiving treatment from a psychologist or mental health professional specifically for anxiety or depression
• You are not able or not willing to commit around 3 to 4 hours per week to the program
• You are going through major life difficulties that would make it hard to follow the treatment plan regularly (confirm with trial site)
