Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are currently receiving treatment from a psychologist or mental health professional specifically for anxiety or depression
  • You are not able or not willing to commit around 3 to 4 hours per week to the program
  • You are going through major life difficulties that would make it hard to follow the treatment plan regularly (confirm with trial site)
