Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have been diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy).
• You have been receiving chemotherapy through an IV for at least six months.
• You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (confirm with trial site regarding specific fitness level required).
• Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body, and your condition is either stable or only growing locally, as confirmed by a specialist team within the last 4 weeks.
• Your pancreatic cancer cannot be removed by surgery, as confirmed by a specialist team within the last 4 weeks.
• Your tumor can be measured using standard imaging guidelines.
• Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges (confirm with trial site for specific values).
• You are able to attend all scheduled appointments, undergo procedures, complete required forms, and give written consent to participate.
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test at the start and agree to use highly effective contraception during the trial and for 6 months after your last treatment.
• If you are a man who could father a child, you must agree to use highly effective contraception during the trial and for 3 months after your last treatment, and avoid donating sperm during this time.

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial that may affect the results of this one.
• You are unable to give informed consent to participate.
• Your pancreatic cancer is not the most common type (adenocarcinoma) — for example, neuroendocrine tumours or cancer that has spread from elsewhere would not be eligible (a type called adenosquamous is allowed).
• Your cancer has spread to other organs or distant lymph nodes.
• Your cancer stage is unknown or your cancer has come back after previous treatment.
• You have a medical reason why you cannot receive the chemotherapy drug Gemcitabine.
• You cannot receive iodine-based contrast dye used in certain scans.
• There are physical structures in your body that would prevent the treatment from reaching the tumour (confirm with trial site).
• You have had another cancer in the past, unless you have been cancer-free for 3 or more years (some exceptions may apply — confirm with trial site).
• You have other serious unmanaged health conditions, including mental health conditions or difficult personal circumstances, that could make it unsafe or difficult for you to take part.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
